What knowledge and skills will I have at the end of my training?

"All our training courses are designed to help you improve your skills. Are you a merchant? You can find training courses on PrestaShop, but also on digital topics, from legal matters to social media as well as taking pictures of products, etc.. Our goal is to provide you with maximum knowledge to help you develop your business. Are you a developer, integrator, web agency? You will be able to find various training courses to improve your skills through technical trainings whether on Symfony, Twig or on much more specific aspects that will meet your needs and allow you to develop your expertise."

I have questions about the module I am watching, who should I contact?

Throughout your training, you will have access to the forum and the module manager will get back to you as soon as possible with his answer published directly on the forum.

How to download the content of the courses?

Some training courses will allow you to download summary sheets of the modules that make up the courses. Depending on the course, you can also download examples, sources, etc.

How do I get my certificate?

All of our training courses offer a certificate of attendance. You will obtain your certificate when you have completed all the modules of the certification course. The certificate will allow you to demonstrate your mastery of the course. The certificate recognizes the work you have done in developing your ecommerce skills. Download your certificate and add it to your LinkedIn profile and to your resume.

How much time do I have to finish a training module?

There is no time limit. You can access the training modules as many times as you want.

How should the training course be created?

The training course can contain what you want: it can consist of one or more videos, slides or PDF files to read or download. You are free to choose the content, we only guarantee the quality of the training course. As soon as an agreement is made between us, we will give you access to our platform as a trainer and you will granted a training course to master the creation of modules and training courses. A training course can consist of videos, quizzes, downloadable documents, insertions in embed format, etc.

I have not received purchase confirmation for my course, what should I do?

If you have not received your purchase confirmation, please send us an e-mail at academy@prestashop.com with the following information: name, first name, e-mail address, the course purchased, the amount, and the date of the order. As soon as we receive these informations, we will get back to you with a solution.

I did not receive the connection information to follow my training, what should I do?

If you have not received your e-mail with your login information following a purchase on our platform, please send us an e-mail to academy@prestashop.com indicating the following information: name, first name, e-mail address, the course purchased, the amount, and the date the order was placed. As soon as we receive this information, we will get back to you with a solution.

I have received the login information to follow my training course, but I can't find the training course in my account, what should I do?

If you cannot find the training course you purchased in your account after your purchase on our platform, please send us an e-mail at academy@prestashop.com with the following information: name, first name, e-mail address, the course purchased, the amount, and the date the order was placed. As soon as we receive these informations, we will get back to you with a solution.

Any specific questions?

If you have questions about a specific course, please send us an e-mail at academy@prestashop.com specifying in the subject line the course you are referring to, the e-mail account you registered with, you can describe your question in the body of the e-mail, accompanied by screenshots if necessary.

How is the payment for training courses purchased by learners handled?

When signing the contract, you will tell us your legal status and your banking information. Payments will be made at 30 days end of month.

Who can publish a course on PrestaShop Academy

Any professional expert in the field of ecommerce. A team of professionals reviews each proposal in detail to ensure that it meets the quality criteria of PrestaShop Academy and that we have no duplicates.

How much does it cost to offer training courses?

Nothing. You can offer as many training courses as you want. You can decide to sell or make your training courses available for free. For example, if you are a contributor to a module, you can decide to offer a free training on your module to reduce your support needs. Any training sold on the PrestaShop Academy website gives right to a financial retrocession validated by a contract that we will send you after validating your training course.

What type of training courses can you offer?

You can offer any training courses related to ecommerce and PrestaSho. It simply has to cover one of these 4 themes: Merchant Universe This universe will allow merchants to discover our solution through training courses on the front office, the back office of our solution but also a whole set of thematic trainings such as importing your catalog, managing your orders, learning how to modify your homepage, etc. Tech Universe This universe will be dedicated to the technical part of our solution, therefore dedicated to developers, agencies, freelancers. They will find training courses on the creation of themes, on Symfony, on the development of modules, etc. Digital universe This universe puts forward a whole set of training courses related to the universe in which our merchants will evolve. The merchants will find training courses on ecommerce legal regulations, web writing, social media, SEO, SEA, etc. The objective is to provide a certain level of knowledge so that our merchants know how to develop their store and understand the service providers they will work with. Expert Universe This universe will aim to offer thematic training courses on the PrestaShop environment such as modules, certain processes, servers, etc.
